As a provider of support workers, we were apprehensive about using another service to help a participant, but we found the worker that Unify provided was great and worked well with our participant and his support worker. We will use them again in the future.
"Unify didn't just send a therapist — they sent someone who gets my son." Honestly, I was exhausted trying to find the right supports through the NDIS. But Unify changed everything. Our OT is not just ticking boxes — she's part of our team. She takes the time to understand my son, what makes him light up, what stresses him out. I can’t explain what a relief it’s been.
"Omg I LOVE my support coordinator 🧡" I was sooo lost with all the NDIS stuff — like, where do I even start?! But then I found Unify and wow. My coordinator actually listens, she checks in all the time and helped me find the best support workers ever. I feel so much more confident now.
"They’re just really good at what they do." Just reliable, friendly people who know how the NDIS works. I see a physio and a speechie through Unify and both have been super helpful. Reports always come on time and I didn’t even have to chase anyone before my plan review. That’s rare.
"Genuine, professional and honestly just kind people." I’ve had a few providers in the past who didn’t really take the time. But with Unify, I feel like I matter. The psychologist I see has helped me build better daily routines and deal with things I’ve put off for years. Can’t thank them enough.
"The telehealth support was very helpful" Wasn’t sure about telehealth at first, but Unify made it easy. I live out past Ballarat so in-person stuff is hard. But the sessions feel personal, and my OT really cares. It’s helped heaps with my independence goals. Also love that they send summaries after sessions.
"Super grateful we found Unify." Our son has complex needs and we’ve tried soooo many providers. Unify stood out because they actually listen, and they know how to write NDIS reports that get funded. Our coordinator helped us get the right mix of therapies, and it’s made a huge difference to our whole family.
“Michael and the team are second to none. They are the most compassionate, hardworking and empathetic team and they really do care. Could not recommend enough! Thank you for everything!”
"Finally feel like someone’s on my side." The NDIS was such a maze for me. I didn’t even know I could ask for half the things my plan now covers. Unify didn’t just explain it — they helped me get what I actually needed. Real people, no judgement, just support.
“Feels like I’ve got a whole team behind me now 🙌” I used to have to chase every single therapist, and no one spoke to each other. But with Unify it’s all just… connected. My OT, speechy and behaviour support worker all work together and actually talk to me like a person. It’s been such a relief.
“Our plan review actually went well — for the first time ever 😅” We’d always struggled with NDIS reviews — not enough evidence, not the right words. But this time Unify helped us prep everything. Their reports were solid, clear, and the planner even said they were some of the best she'd seen.
“No more waiting forever for a call back.” Our last provider was impossible to reach. Unify responds to emails quickly, updates us without needing to be chased, and always explains things clearly. That alone is worth its weight in gold.
“Different to other providers I’ve used in the past” A friend told me about Unify and I was like, yeah, another provider, whatever. But the first phone call felt different. They were kind, respectful, and actually asked me what I wanted. I feel heard for the first time in years. They even offered me to come in for a coffee and cake!
“Everything’s easier now.” Life with a disability has enough challenges already. Since working with Unify, I’ve got regular therapy that fits around work, a coordinator who checks in weekly, and support workers that actually care. It's made a massive difference to my mental health.
